Our office is in most capable hands under the direction of Michelle Hulsizer. Prior to raising her three daughters, Michelle had been an executive with AT & T in her native New Jersey. Michelle lives in Olney with her husband Jon.
Conny has been our beloved nurse since the practice opened in 2003, after having been the nurse manager at a well-regarded urgent care center for 14 years. Conny enjoys antiquing, church activities, and helping the less fortunate at a local soup kitchen. She has two married daughters, and two grandchildren whom she adores. Conny lives in Olney with her husband David.
A delightful and welcome addition to the front desk staff, Kim rejoins Dr. Fields after taking time off to raise her family. A long-time Olney resident, Kim now lives in Rockville with her husband (radio personality Mark Weaver), and their two teen-aged sons.
Evonne Tvardek, Receptionist
Evonne combines her background in journalism and editing with an exceptionally courteous and professional manner, enabling her to work wonderfully with our patients. Evonne lives in Rockville with her husband Tom.
Peg Boyd, R.N.
Peg takes over the nurse’s job when Conny is away. She’s had outstanding inpatient and outpatient medical experience, first as a medical/surgical nurse at Montgomery General Hospital, and later running the nursing office at Good Counsel High School. Naturally, we’re delighted to have Peg on board. She lives in Brookeville with her husband Roger, and has two grown children and a new grand-daughter!
